THE RESEARCH ON AMERICAn CAMPUS EXAMINATION INTEGRITY SYSTEM

Went to visited American University and stayed at MIT to research America's campus examination Integrity System. Interviewed 10 students and 4 admission officers , asked about their opinion of the integrity system details. In the end, we summarized and integrated, and compiled a report of what we observed.

THE COMPARISON BETWEEN VISUAL MEMORY DECAY AND AUDITORY MEMORY DECAY

The research was focused on the comparison between auditory memory decay and visual memory decay. The rate of decay is our main element for observation. First, we read a lot of experiments done by predecessors, their conclusions and published articles, summed up the experience, and started to design our group's experiments. I recruited volunteers to participate in our experiment and finally came to the conclusion: visual memory fades faster than auditory memory.

NATIONAL FLAG RAISING CEREMONY

As a core member of the Flag Raising club, participated in the training 4 times per week. Be responsible for the school's flag-raising ceremony every Monday. I joined the Flag Raising club when I first step into the high school, and every Monday we will raise our natianal flag at the school's flag-raising ceremony. The whole process only takes eight minutes but we have to get up early every weekday to practice until everything was perfect. Persistence and dedication was trained along the way. Even in winter, we still wear thin uniforms. When the national flag raising ceremony begun, everyone stands on the playground almost motionless. We treated it as a very solemn and honorable activity.

TUTORIAL

At the online classes during the epidemic, everyone was preparing for AP exam. I would take 15 minutes to consolidate AP Micro-economic knowledge for other students during the self-study session. After school every night, I spend an hour preparing for that 15-minute course. It helps myself to consolidate economic knowledge. But more importantly, it elevates my responsibility and skill to think and communicate as a teacher. As a result, it greatly improved my patience and professional knowledge.

I worked in the school’s student union and participated in the annual recruitment of new students. We, as senior representatives, interview those freshmen. We designed different interview sessions include on-site student activities and topic-specific discussions in order to fully evaluate and understand the potential of our new students.
